Fall has fallen

As I walk with camera, some things catch my eye; the way the water drops collect on this leaf that was in my truck bed. Fallen by chance showing off in a bed of water. Could an artist recreate such beauty? The LORD makes beautiful things out of anything that he makes.

Pro 31:30  Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.

A sycamore leaf has fallen on a prickly cactus. As a child I would touch the underside of Magnolia leaves, for some were soft to the touch. Poison oak leaves are not to be touched. Herbs are for smelling, eating and making tea. Some leaves are smoked, some are to make one dopey. Leave it alone, be wise.

Php 4:8  Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

A swirl of leaves as caught in a whirlwind. (aided by photoshop)  How the leaves dance in the wind. A good wind will bring leaves from many trees into my yard.

Pro 10:25  As the whirlwind passeth, so is the wicked no more: but the righteous is an everlasting foundation.

Golden Chrysanthemums bloom in the fall, Such beauty, as a last colorful spectacle before winter's barren plants. Some of us are late bloomers. Some were not saved until later in life. Regardless, we are to bloom as the Lord's New Creations. Give God the glory with your life.

1Ch 29:11  Thine, O LORD, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all.
