The Hidden Revealed

A beaver swims in the shallow water of the second pool at the park. The beavers had been relocated to other ponds and their beaver dam removed, but this one has decided to make this pond his home.

Christians have a home waiting for them that is promised to the faithful.

Joh 14:2  In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
Joh 14:3  And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

Heb 11:16  But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.

A Native American and his wife met me and he pointed out where two deer were hiding. Can you see the buck? This image was taken with a telephoto lens to make it 4 times closer. Sometimes we must look closely, focusing in on one thing. Every word in the Bible was placed there by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Every word has a meaning from God to us.

2Ti 3:16  All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
2Ti 3:17  That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

By enlarging the image a three point buck is revealed.

1Co 4:5  Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

The Indian gentleman pointed out this doe hiding in the brush.

Mat 10:24  The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord.
Mat 10:25  It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household?
Mat 10:26  Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known.
Mat 10:27  What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops.
Mat 10:28  And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

The Giant Mullein plants are dried up making arches or hoops. The devil would have us jumping through his hoops, but we are to follow the path the Lord has revealed to us. A broken weed points to two hurdles. It may require effort on our part but following the Lord reaps eternal rewards.

Mat 4:1  Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.
Mat 4:2  And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred.
Mat 4:3  And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.
Mat 4:4  But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

The early morning walk revealed an Evening Primrose. The flower closes in the light of the bright sun. The dead flower looks to me like a rocket to be propelled upwards. Are we ready to go up to meet Jesus? We go toward the light of God. Like the primrose we bloom in dark places showing the light of the Lord to a sinful generation.

2Co 4:3  But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
2Co 4:4  In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
2Co 4:5  For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.
2Co 4:6  For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
2Co 4:7  But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.

The oak tree reflected in the pool is distorted by the ripples of the water. The Word of God is water that is pure, flowing from the heart of God. False teachers distort the water of the word causing people to doubt the message that Jesus is the Son of God who has come to pay for our sins and He is the way of salvation. Emmanuel, God with us, the hope of glory.

Mat 1:22  Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,
Mat 1:23  Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

A clever person may speak of things hidden, but of his own imagination. I turned the image of the tree in the pond sideways to reveal a duck. The word of God is not to be made to say something of our imagination. We are to speak the truth in love.

Heb 4:12  For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

God loves you and so do I.
